Due to the nature of our services, Kasih Abadi does not offer returns or refunds once a service has been rendered or a booking is confirmed.

However, under certain circumstances, we may consider partial refunds or rescheduling:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).
  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If Kasih Abadi is unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency), a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
